Pick your combination of 2 bottles of Querciamatta Italian Organic Olive Oil.

Pick from La Lady, a blend of mainly Leccino with Frantoio and Moraiolo olives. An organic olive oil that has a noble grassy aroma with notes of black pepper. Use La Lady on any dish to compliment its flavor. 

Il Grigio, a blend of mainly mainly Frantoio with Moraiolo olives. It is moderately sweet/bitter on the palate, with good spiciness and a slightly bitter finish. Il Grigio is great for tartare, fish dishes, and white meat dishes (never heated though).

Il Leccino, a monocultivar of 100% Leccino olives. It has a fresh almond aroma with light hints of green vegetables and spices. It is smooth and clean on the palate, with a pleasant bitter note and a lingering spiciness. It can used both raw and cooked, and even on ice cream!

Il Capofamiglia, a blend of mainly Moraiolo with Frantoio and Leccino. The Frantoio cultivar gives it elegance and robustness, the Moraiolo strength and flavor, and the Leccino balance and smoothness. Il Capofamiglia has an artichoke aroma, and in the mouth it is bitter at first and moderately spicy at the end, persistent and harmonious.

The Querciamatta olives are  lovingly harvested by hand by local people.
