Now, six years later I can say it is still one of the best things I have experienced in Italy. It had such an impact on how I felt about Balsamic Vinegar (which I am not a big fan of), and it began the awakening of what how we are fooled by labeling with so many Italian products. I was shocked by the amount of famous and delicious Italian products are being reformulated to imitate these precious food products. The staff at Acetaia di Giorgio were so kind, knowledgeable and patient with our questions and inquiries, it was an experience I would recommend to everyone who is able to be in Modena.
