The Platinum Ballerina art is a handmade piece in white Murano glass. The ballerina, and some pieces of her clothing are hand painted with 999.9 platinum. The white skirt is delicately made with strings of Murano glass, each carefully placed by the artist, Maria Cristina Andretto.
A beautiful, carefully created white flower, made from Murano Venetian glass, is placed in her hair. The ballerina's belt is made from Murano Glass Caning which is the process of layering strands of Murano glass and creating think strands which are then sliced to reveal all of their internal colors.
The unique piece is shipped complete with support hooks for hanging.
The Platinum Ballerina Wall Art is handmade in Rubiera, Italy.
