Organic Italian Olive Oil-Grand Cru Canino

 This is for two 500ml bottles of Extra Virgin Italian Organic Olive Oil from Tuscany, Italy called Grand Cru Canino-a monocultivar organic olive oil.

The organic farm of L'Altro Sapore, founded in 2009, currently has 7.5 hectares of olive groves, with over 2,000 trees, which produce Grand Cru – Monocultivar.

Respect for the environment and energy saving are the cornerstones of their philosophy. In fact, they promote regenerative agriculture that maintains high biodiversity and limits CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, thanks also to their organic certification.

All the oils are produced with olives harvested early and processed within 12 hours, favoring the accumulation of polyphenols and increasing the nutraceutical and antioxidant properties of the products. After filtration, storage is carried out at a controlled temperature and under nitrogen to limit oxidation.

During bottling, they saturate the headspace of the bottles to ensure maximum shelf life, thus maintaining all the organoleptic characteristics.

Technical Information about Grand Cru Canino:

Intense olfactory approach with vegetal notes of tomato leaf, then green kiwi, apple, hints of thistle and grapefruit citrus, closing with herbaceous notes. Elegant and balanced on the palate, smooth in texture, with gentle and pleasant spicy and bitter notes. Long finish.
